Toxtree is a full-featured and flexible open source application, which is able to estimate toxic hazard by applying a decision tree approach.
Toxtree implements the Cramer decision tree, the Verhaar scheme, a decision tree for skin corrosion and irritation prediction, and the Benigni / Bossa rulebase (for mutagenicity and carcinogenicity).
